When having your pictures taken by Infront Photography you are agreeing to our Term & Conditions. Please contact us before your shoot if you do not agree to these.
Refundable deposit - This is required if you have won a voucher from Infront Photography. 72 hours notice must be given to cancel or move an appointment to avoid losing deposit and it will be refunded to you at your viewing that normally takes place a few days after the photoshoot.
The client agrees that once the order has been placed, the order will not be altered or cancelled and no refund will be given. The order will not be supplied on either a sale or return, consignment or approval basis. Due to the nature of our service all sales are final. The order will be supplied within four weeks of the full and final payment being made to Infront Photography.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure their order is correct on their invoice as changes made will be chargeable. All goods will bear the company name and signature.
The client grants all necessary permissions required by the copyright design and patents act 1988, to allow Infront Photography to use any images created for display, advertising, exhibitions, social media and competitions. Clients may benefit from any competition prize monies. Competition winners can only use vouchers for a new portrait experience and have at least 6 months from their last visit
Infront Photography has the right to charge interest on unpaid amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. This will not apply to agreed payment plans, unless the schedule is not adhered to. Infront Photography may transfer all unpaid accounts to any third party appointed debt collection service. The client will be liable for all collection charges and costs.
